Summer camp is an activity that held routinely by Mangrove Information Centre (MIC) since 2004. This year the Summer Camp was held on September 9-10 and invited 60 students of 10 High schools in Bali. This year PPLH Bali was invited as one of the keynote speakers and PPLH Bali was giving environment material to the students. The material was given with a discussion, play-acting and games.
The aim of the training was to dig the logic of the students about human activities that connected with the environment and all of creatures of the nature. And then how we should use the natural resources diligently so that can be enjoyed by all concerned. Beside use the resources diligently, we should preserve it too and pass the resources on to our children of future. The two hours of grinding session, the students were evaluated the session. All the participants were very appreciated for new knowledge on environment even if the session with PPLH Bali was the most energetic session. (Ami)
